When their main job is receive and forward mail, they practically fail at it. Failed forwarding, lost mail (even though it shows scanned in their system). Significant delays in processing, and mail handling. Absolutely not worth the headache. We had used them for over 3 years and finally closed our account.

This was a great company in 2010. In the last few years the quality of service started to decline, as well as the customer support. I started getting mistakenly charged, and help requests went unanswered. I migrated to another virtual mailbox.

Wow, I cant believe how much of a shady place this is. They contacted me saying they were no longer servicing my location. No problem, I canceled and literally have in email that I will no longer be charged. Well they continued to charge me, ignored my emails to stop the charges and refuse to even respond to me asking for a refund. So since they wont respond, Ill leave a review on any website I can find and tell my colleagues in business to not use their service and recommend one that's legit.

exactly the same here. A random charge of $89.70 in mid February, opened the ticket and so far nothing. The only thing I've heard from them, that they had stopped forwarding mail internationally. Meanwhile I've filed a dispute with my CC company about the $89.70 charge and, looking for a new service.

Company is taking money with extra charges that aren't authorized. I have had the $14.95 plan for several years. The payment is taken out towards the beginning of the month. Last month the $14.95 payment was taken out and then in the middle of the month $89.70 was taken out. Looking back through previous bank statements there were several instances of other months where extra amounts were taken out. These extra amounts were for $14.95 so went unnoticed as they looked like the normal fee I expected to pay. The additional charges are NOT displayed or explained in the account billing history section, only the normal $14.95 fee at the start of the month, so the only way to know they exist is to scan through bank statements looking for extra charges. Upon seeing the $89.70 charge I opened a ticket with them asking what this was for (they don't have phone support). Two weeks later I have had no reply, despite following up. I've now cancelled the account but will have to contact the bank to try and reclaim these funds, but more importantly, make sure they don't take any more money after cancelling the account.

AVOID. Service dropped off a cliff. Now they claim they cannot FORWARD mail. The company is called Mailbox FORWARDING. Unreal?!?! They told me I needed to send them a UPS prepaid label to have anything sent. Absolute terrible practice. Cancelled immediately.

They have been very helpful in resolving issues, I've appreciated the service over the years.

The service has been going down hill a few years now. I have been using the service for over 9 years, the first 6 were great. Most of the issues have happened in the last year, No security, getting other peoples mail, taking over a week to get letters scanned. Getting anyone to reply is ridiculous, most recently (april 2022) they charged my card 5 times for the same monthly fee, no replies, no contact and we had to do a chargeback. Still no replies from anyone there. We sent three test letters in the past three weeks and not a single one has been put into our account...
