This was a great company in 2010. In the last few years the quality of service started to decline, as well as the customer support. I started getting mistakenly charged, and help requests went unanswered. I migrated to another virtual mailbox.

After several years of good service it was stopped without any notification. Billing continued though. Lost several important pieces of mail due to this issue.
