Hi Guillaume, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, we understand how frustrating it is waiting 15 days with no update, especially after reaching out and not getting a reply. We want to reassure you that we’re a genuine small family-run business and all orders are fulfilled. Over the holiday period, we experienced a sudden increase in orders after going viral, which unfortunately caused delays in processing, shipping, and customer support. We also sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and tracking updates, this isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. If you’re still waiting on your order, please send us your order number or the email used at checkout, and we’ll prioritize your case and get it sorted as quickly as possible. Kind regards, MagnetChess

Hi Al, Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the product and that your order arrived quickly and was easy to place. We’re sorry to hear that one of the sets arrived with damaged drawstring beads. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. Since you mentioned the pieces were present, it does sound like the damage may have occurred during transit. Please reach out to us with your order number or the email used at checkout so we can look into this and arrange a suitable solution for you, such as a replacement for the affected set or the necessary parts. Kind regards, MagnetChess

Hi Gary, Thank you for your wonderful feedback, we’re really glad to hear the game was such a hit with your family, especially during your Thanksgiving game day. It’s great to know everyone had fun and enjoyed receiving their own sets as a surprise. We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about adding connectable ends to the rope with light magnetic tips. Ideas like this are very helpful and will be shared with our product team as we continue to improve the game. Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to share your experience, we hope your family continues to enjoy many more game days together. Kind regards, MagnetChess

Thank you so much for your kind review. We are delighted to hear that your two MagnetChess sets arrived quickly and that you like the packaging. We put a lot of love into the presentation because so many customers give the game as a gift, so it makes us really happy to know the velvet bags added to the experience. Thank you again for choosing us. We hope the gifts will be enjoyed and we are always here if you ever need anything at all.
