Scam - do not buy
3 months of waiting since placing order, very little communication, 1 apology and still no show on the order of 4 sets that were meant to be Christmas presents. TOTAL SCAM, they take your money and don’t fulfill orders. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Update: another month has passed, no show on my order, no refund, and no further communication from them. Update 11 April 2026, MagnetChess have been in touch by email and I have replied. Still no indication whatsoever of whether the order is going to be fulfilled or even if they will refund my money. If either happens i will update my review but for now it still stands. Update 25 Aug 2026, still no magnets, still no refund, countless emails going round in circles asking for order details which I’ve given many times, and to no avail. I reiterate this is a complete scam.
