Hi Catarina, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and the lack of updates and responses regarding your order. We completely understand how frustrating this must be. We’re a small family-run business, and during that period we had an unexpected increase in orders, which caused delays in both processing and customer support. Unfortunately, your request was affected by this, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in responding. If you’re still open to it, please email us again so we can check your order. Kind regards, MagnetChess

Hi Kay, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, we really appreciate it. We’re glad to hear your two sets arrived and that, considering Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the delivery time worked out for you. We also understand your comments about communication and speed of updates. We want to reassure you that we are a legitimate business and all orders are fulfilled, but we recognize that communication and timing haven’t always met expectations. As a small family-run business, we had an unexpected increase in orders during that period, which impacted both shipping times and customer support. We’re actively working on improving this so the experience is smoother moving forward. Thanks again for your patience and understanding, it’s genuinely appreciated. Kind regards, MagnetChess
