The product is amazing that’s definitely a 5 star. The wait and delivery was a bit more than I was advised. Other than that, great product!

I have to disagree with several of the negative reviews. I ordered one set at the end of November and received it about three weeks later. Shipping and tracking were excellent and easy to track, regular updates. The only issue I have is it is overpriced for what you get, but shipping was included through Uni-Uni delivery so I am not complaining.

I’m thinking this company has upped…
I’m thinking this company has upped their game ..received my set today. It did take over 3 and a half weeks but this was to Australia ..😜I was able to see my tracking easily and was accurate in the delivery time.

Long delivery but fun game and happy
Delivery was odd courier just left at the door no knock just a message it was there. Took ages to arrive but glad it did. Love the game. Just wish there were a few more peices as the game ends so fast. Bit more of a chalance if there were a few more peices.

This is not a scam. I received my4 sets last week. It did take a while but in the end there were no issues It’s a simple game but looks like fun for any age.

Improved customer service
They’ve clearly over marketed this product and are perhaps a victim of their own success. I imagine their (probably Chinese) supplier can’t keep pace and if you’ve ordered this for Xmas then… bad luck. Multiple emails sent and no reply. Shame as the product looks simple but really good fun.
Update to my original review: Unpromted their customer service team have reached out intent on making things right. I still think it's a shame the item didn't arrive for Christmas, but I have to revise my opinion regarding the customer service experience. I think they are genuinely trying to improve service delivery and for that I give them credit.
