Not compliant with ACCC - unsafe product
Games with small, high powered magnets have been permanently banned in Australia according to the ACCC. "Have you been drawn into purchasing a magnet chess game or fidget toy? The stones may be small high powered magnets, which are banned under Australian Consumer Law."

Thank you so much for sharing this. Safety is something we take very seriously and I completely understand why you would want clarity before purchasing any product that contains magnets. Our set is designed exclusively as a strategy game for older children and adults and it uses sealed magnetic pieces that are not intended to be detached or opened. We follow the same international safety guidelines used by our fulfillment partners and we always make sure each batch passes a full quality inspection before it is shipped. We recently completed an additional quality control check for this very reason and all items passed without issues. The information you referenced online relates to loose, high powered magnets that are sold as toys or novelty items, often in sets of small pellets. Our product does not fall into that category and is not meant to be played with in that way. Still, we always recommend that any product containing magnets is kept away from young children who might put small parts in their mouth. We truly care about our customers and always want you to feel completely safe and informed. If you ever have questions about how the product works or how it is used we are more than happy to help. Your trust matters to us and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Thank you again for raising this and please let us know if there is anything else you would like to know. We are here for you.
