Hi Tracy, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. We understand why you feel this way, especially with the delays and lack of clear communication. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. We’re a small family-run business, and during December we had an unexpected increase in orders, which led to delays in processing, shipping, and responding to emails. We also understand that the updates you received were not clear enough, and we apologize for that. We also want to clarify that we are not a scam company, and all orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment partners in China, which can sometimes cause confusion with tracking systems. If you’re open to it, please email us so we can look into your order directly and try to resolve this for you. Kind regards, MagnetChess

Hi Bateman, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologize for the poor communication, confusion around the review links, and the concerns raised regarding the tracking link. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand why this would be frustrating and raise concerns. Over the holiday period, a sudden increase in orders after going viral caused unexpected delays in processing, shipping, and tracking updates. We’re also sorry to hear that the delay resulted in additional postage costs for you to forward the parcel in time for Christmas. We understand how inconvenient that must have been. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and will use it to improve our communication, transparency, and overall customer experience moving forward. Kind regards, MagnetChess
