Hi Katrina, Thank you so much for your kind review and for your patience, we really appreciate it. During the holiday period, we experienced a sudden increase in orders after going viral. This caused delays in processing, shipping, and responding to customer inquiries. In some cases, tracking information didn’t update correctly or reflect the courier’s latest status. We’re glad we were able to follow up with the courier and locate your order. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re so happy to hear you’re enjoying the game, it means a lot to us. Kind regards, MagnetChess

Hi Sandie, Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand how worrying it must have felt when the delivery was taking longer than expected, especially since it was a last minute Christmas gift. We’re really glad we're able to support you during that time and help guide you through the process. We truly appreciate your patience and your kind words, and we hope the game continues to bring plenty of fun. Kind regards, MagnetChess
