We purchased a hotel that had a 10year old Maglock product in it. The software was nowhere to be found and the encoding computer crashed. We called support and they walked us through downloading and installing the system from scratch. Having this support was critical to keep our hotel running. They really went above and beyond to help us.

Our apology for what sounds like a terrible experience. We support and service the products we sell directly and should not ask a customer to contact a third party (manufacturer) for support. It appears we did not do our job correctly. Periodically, an item we sell could arrive damaged from problems in transit. When that occurs, we have a quick and simple process to service or replace the equipment. I will use your feedback to review our process and add checks to ensure your experience is not repeated.
