As you may know, the purchase was identified as a possible fraud and payment was refunded within 24-hours after request for verification from the issuing credit card company in the Netherlands was rejected. We followed-up with an email and requested a telephone call to obtain secondary confirmation for the purchase, however, we were unsuccessful in obtaining a verification for the order. We value our customer's security and credit card information very seriously and I wish to extend my apology if we did not match your expectations. I will continue to review the online purchase process to find better ways to verify unique orders. I am sorry we were unable to complete the verification.
