We purchased the trinity fireplace even after the 2.9 review rates. We fully expected to a 50/50 chance of returning. The process of putting it together was the first thing we were concerned about, as well as the quality. We were pleased with the quality of the product! Mantle went together effortlessly. It took 2 Hours to get it completed and up and running. The logs seem too high, and we would have liked to have them set lower, but regardless after installing the glass, carefully, we love it! I am trying to self teach and figure out the remote. We cannot get it to work…at all. We use our iPhone and iPad to control the flames. I believe we will need to get support on controlling the logs, as we have to manually use the buttons on the side of the logs to get it to work. That is frustrating, hopefully we will get it figured out. Trying to find a way to get the fish tank video, but can’t find a reliable way to get it on the site. I have to say, my sister bought a similar brand fireplace and paid over $13K. The only thing I see differently is she can play music on hers. No biggie. Thank you Magik flame. We love it!
