Customer service was 110%! I had ordered 2 books and there were issues. They had contacted me and promptly help me fix it. They responded to every question and concerns I had very quickly. I even ordered 4 more books and have 1 on a monthly subscription. The books are amazing and are exactly accurate as they are displayed!

So far I’ve gotten 1 book from Magic story, we haven’t physically gotten it yet, but our story is in our library on the app! My daughter whom is almost 5 was so excited to see herself in a book she’s nonverbal and ASD she got so excited and yelled “that’s me” she has use the narrator with captions 6x in the last 24hours. Today she woke up and said “I just wanna go to sleep with the Whales” she is constantly asking for “her book” and I’m so excited to see herself reaction to her upcoming books as we purchased a subscription!

I ordered my daughter a custom story and when it arrived I was literally blown away. Our child was so excited to see her face in the book and hear her name be read out loud through the story. I will definitely be buying more of these books. Such great quality!

My daughter loves reading and this app just improved that experience where she can see a digital version of herself as well as the physical book with her as the hero in every story. Seeing her light up and request to look at her stories throughout the day and at bedtime fosters her love for reading and stimulates her imagination. Magic Story books have made reading so much fun for my grandson and my neice . They both have a monthly subscription and every month they are looking for their books starring them. From their parents I hear how excited they are to pick out book to read featuring them. They are excited to hear the stories as well as learning how to read on their own. The pages are colorful immediately getting their attention. The price is perfect and the story lines are awesome. Thank you Magic Story for creating a personalized experience for my family 🫶🏽 P.s. Having the monthly subscription is great you can select your new book or it can be selected for you either way it’s alway a learning and positive experience for my family to enjoy 😊
