MAGIC JOHNReviews of magicjohn.com

I bought a new compact tripod which I took to Europe to use but unfortunately a small mechanical failure (the folding arm screw kept loosening and the acorn nut on it fell off and got lost on the street somewhere) rendered the tripod unusable. When I returned I wrote a review for the tripod and I was not expecting any response BUT Magic John actually wrote back immediately off the review and asked me to explain the issue with the tripod directly with them and within a day they offered to replace the tripod for me! I was pleasantly surprised at both the speed of the response as well as the outcome of the replacement. The tripod is actually very handy to use and I will take it with me on the next trip for sure.

I messed up my order and the customer service team rectified the issue at no charge, responding quickly, and providing me exactly the solution I needed. Great customer service!

Solid products and great customer service. Highly recommended!

I accidentally ordered the wrong product from Magic John, and I honestly expected it to be a hassle to get it sorted out. However, their customer support was absolutely amazing. They were extremely supportive, understanding, and quick to help me resolve the issue. They didn’t make the process difficult at all and arranged to send me a replacement. The way they handled the situation really showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their products. Mistakes can happen when ordering, but what really matters is how a company handles them — and Magic John handled mine exceptionally well. Thank you to the Magic John team for the amazing support and for making everything so easy! I’ll definitely be recommending Magic John to others and will be happy to order from them again.

Thank you for correcting my mistake. And sending me the correct phone case. I have purchased several times from you guys. And I've always loved your products.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case. I ordered an 18 Pro Max when I meant to get an 18 Pro case. I contacted support and asked if I would be able to exchange cases, and they offered to just send me the correct case and did not request that I send the wrong one back. They said they wanted me to avoid the hassle of having to return the product. They have amazing customer support and just gained a new loyal customer!

Responded within the day got me a resolution within one conversation. Helped a lot.

Somehow I ordered the wrong case for my phone. I contacted customer service and Aly and Chloe got me the correct case sent to my house! No hassle of even having to deal with returning the wrong case! As a side note I didnt expect this level of Amazing customer service so I ordered another case. So if this happens to you then give their customer service time to help!! For now im thrilled knowing ill have the right case...and a backup one too!! Thank You!!
