I ordered the Magic John lens protector for my new iPhone 17pro. When received, it appeared to be high quality and a perfect colour match for my phone. However, I realized that I had made a mistake and ordered the lens protector for the iPhone 17pro max (which is a larger phone). I contacted Magic John to see if I could exchange it for the regular iPhone 17pro. Magic john responded positively within 24 hrs and graciously accepted my request. I am impressed with the quality of the product as well as the great customer service. I will be looking into the other products available thru this company and will be doing more business with them shortly. Buy with confidence.

I received the screen protector and was very pleased with how easy the installation was. I also ordered a second protector and inadvertently ordered the wrong phone model. You were very nice to send me the correct screen protector at no charge. I believe this is above and beyond good business practice and will be a customer again in the future.

I was disappointed that I did it wrong got a couple little bubbles and a piece of fuzz under my screen protector the first time but the customer service was impeccable and sent me another one to allow me to do it right and now I have a perfect phone with screen protector. I’ve tried other screen protectors and they crack or break easy. This one really is unbreakable, when I took it off I tried bending it in half to break it and tried some of the things he does on the commercial and these screen protectors are invincible and definitely worth the money. I would absolutely recommend without reservation and I will be ordering another one when I get my next phone.

WOW at first!! First reaction upon receiving. I am incredibly impressed!! It was easy to install, perfect the first time. In addition, the best responsive customer service Ive ever encountered with an online purchase plus the film is superior quality, crystal clear, smooth, Im so impressed! Im so glad I stumbled upon this product and took the chance to order it!! Ill definitely share this on my social media platforms! THEN.... Update: 11 days later, my phone dropped on the parking lot from 1 foot when I was kneeling down, it wasnt a hard drop. Later I noticed a large crack up and down the side of the screen saver! It hit the side of the screen protector then a crack spread out everywhere from it. Plus, though I reset my finger print id, even made sure my finger was a bit moist (not dry) the finger print id does not work with this. ALSO your finger does leave trail marks (patterns) when you use it. Im changing my rating from 5 to 3

I accidentally purchased the wrong camera lens protector for my new iPhone 17 Pro and they were kind enough to fix the problem for me. I just installed the new protector and works and fits great! Really happy with the purchase
