⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic customer service from Magic John! I can’t praise the customer service from Magic John highly enough. I had an issue with my order, and Aly from the customer service team was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to look into everything properly and, rather than making me go through the hassle of returning the item, arranged for the correct screen protectors to be sent to me completely free of charge. That is what I call outstanding customer service! Aly was friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to put things right. Mistakes can happen when ordering, but it’s how a company deals with them that really matters. Magic John handled the situation perfectly and have definitely left me feeling valued as a customer. A massive thank you to Aly and the Magic John team. I would happily recommend them to anyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful Customer Service I ordered a screen saver but unfortunately ordered the wrong one. I contacted the company, and they replied very quickly and were so helpful. They offered to replace it for me with no return and no problems at all. It was so kind of them to do this for me, and I really appreciate their wonderful customer service and generosity. First of all their product is as advertised. Great phone protection. I have a case and screen protectors. Easiest install I’ve seen too. I ended up upgrading my phone to a larger one and asked Magic Jack if I could trade for the right size. They said not to worry about sending mine back and shipped out replacements… for free! Amazing customer service right there. Well done. Permanent customer.

I ordered the wrong size lens cover for my new iphone 17. They helped me by sending the right one at no charge and didn't require me to return the other cover. Great customer service that is getting harder to find these day! Thank you, Magic John.
