Very easy to add or change anything to or stay, Damaris was very helpful!

I have been booking vacation homes with Magical Vacation Homes for several years, and I just completed my sixth reservation with them—all within Reunion Resort. There’s a reason I continue to come back! The booking process has always been easy and straightforward, the homes have been beautiful, and throughout all of my stays I have never experienced any major issues. That consistency has given me a level of comfort and confidence in booking directly with Magical Vacation Homes that I truly appreciate. I especially want to recognize Damaris Solis for the exceptional service she provided with my most recent reservation. She was responsive, patient, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of from beginning to end. When I had questions regarding my reservation and pricing, she addressed them promptly and made sure everything was corrected and reflected properly. Excellent customer service matters, especially when you're spending thousands of dollars on a vacation home, and Damaris made the entire process feel personal and reassuring. Thank you, Damaris, and thank you Magical Vacation Homes for another wonderful booking experience. Six reservations later, you're still my go-to for our Reunion Resort stays! ❤️🏡 Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful customer service experience with Jasmine at Magical Vacation Homes. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. She took the time to assist me and made the entire process simple and stress free. Jasmine is a great example of what quality customer service should look like. I truly appreciate her help and wanted to make sure her efforts were recognized. Reservation #8238700

Fantastic customer service from Jasmine assisting us with several additional requests to the booking pre-arrival, good communications with clear status!

We are renting a large home to host a family gathering. We've had many questions while planning and preparing and Marcos has been very prompt responding to all our questions. We recently had a more complicated question that Manny the Reservations Manager was able to sort out for us. Both Marcos and Manny have been very professional and helpful. Magical Vacation Homes is the best!
