Bed bugs with Magical Vacations
We have booked with Magical Vacation Homes numerous times the last two years we have had issues not too bad but enough to leave a bad taste. This year we had no issues besides my Daughter & SIL were bitten by bed bugs. We initially thought it was a sun rash until we got home and they both went to the doctors. Doctors confirmed bed bugs I reached to Magical Vacations and started with the it’s been 3 days since you left the home. Well we left Saturday and the. Monday came and they went I get checked out. Did they expect us to make false accusations prior to receiving confirmation? Terrible customer service response.
