I was using a different manual process to complete our offline stores' orders. I have also tried a couple of other demos from different companies, and This solution was very promising and met our requirements. I Have ordered Four modules last month, Pos, barcode inventory management and order fulfilment and installed them on our website. I can say it this is the best and easy to use system . It has a great value for money totally worth it. I am really happy from the support team specially Mr. tim for being very Helpful and responsive.

There is 0 support here! There live chat is not " live" and if you open a ticket you will never receive a response. this is exactly what happened in 2019 after I purchased the extension. Fast forward to today i am upgrading my store and the extension I purchased is not in my user account at all. I found the receipt for it when I purchased it, but I can not download the update as it doesn't even show it exists in my user profile. We are on day 3 and no one has bothered to respond to me or fix this problem. Stay far away from this company and find one who actually has support Update - magespacex replied that they can't find me in there customer list. this is because they deleted my account on August 9th 2021 for what I can only assume is retaliation for leaving this review! I opened a ticket about my problem and not only was my questions never answered a comment was added that said " New comment added by admin: Account has been suspended based on violation of policy. The account has been permanently disabled." So not only is there initial service horrible, but they banned me when I was merely asking to get the updated extension! They claim lifetime updates when you place an order which is clearly a lie! To prove I am a customer below is my invoice, order number and date of purchase which all came from their emailed receipt! Invoice # INV-610801880 for Order # ORD-5702200 . My order was placed on Oct 21, 2019.

I have been using the Pos system for the last six months. During the pandemic integration of our Magento 2 website with the Pos system helped us to receive orders and fulfil those orders. The well-integrated system with easy to use. Order fulfilment from multiple warehouses helped us to work remotely and connect with different members of staff. It is worth it spending and looking forward to receive new updates and features in the near future.

Great extension with super simple design. I am playing with pos every single day in my stores and all staffs are happy . I can control all my offline and online orders manage my warehouse units. Switching from light speed to Magespacex was better decision.

Why no one is replying??? We bought the PWA POS extension for Magento 2 and it doesn't work! We've been trying to contact the support for over 3 weeks and there is no reply! We are going to start a chargeback from our credit card as we cannot reach anyone there. The PWA extension brakes the frontend. The products on the POS cannot be added to the cart, we can't change many things. All sold out products are still displayed there.

I have dealt with James and Tim, they have been very helpful and answered all my questions even during unsociable hours. So happy to have chosen their plugins. Great job guys Thanks
