I purchased an extension and received no confirmation, emailed the company and received no response. I was able to get refund through PayPal customer service. Waste of time trying to purchase from them. I seriously think is a one man operation because i got an email from a person Name James and asked me not to place an order again.

Hi, any chance you could reply to the many emails my programmer and I have sent you? We have purchased the Magento 2 order and supplier management system. But we can't get started because an important module called BackStoreGraphQl is missing. Now it's three months later, it's just before Christmas, all the orders are coming in and we still can't work with it. We have also offered to simply refund the money. But without any response, we're hanging in a vacuum. That's not fair. Please send us a reply this week. I am very happy to change this review for the better! Order number: 100002644

I was asked by james to share my reviews. I have purchased Pwa Pos subscription and my developer installed it on our Magento 2.4.5. Its working perfect for my business. Before this extension we were using connectpos and it was very slow however this solution has solved our problem.

I have purchased "Ultimate Bundle" from "magespacex.com" with agreement for lifetime support and updates, but MAGESPACEX.COM does not fulfill its obligations. Omnichannel POS Solution is now compatible with Magento 2.4.5, but the developer didn't provide updates. last provided compitable with 2.4.3 (more precise compiteble with php 7.4) and requires to fix bugs. my user id: user_547082 order number: #100001650 Based on my experience with magespacex.com, i can't recommend MAGESPACEX.COM: 1) support team does not respond to the buyer's requests. 2) does not provide updates for purchased products. 3) instead of fixing their own mistakes. MAGESPACEX suspend user accounts. As a conclusion: by having paid to MAGESPACEX.COM , I wasted and lost money. I do not recommend buying from MAGESPACEX.COM. Due to the fact that they does not fulfill obligations under the contract and does not support sold products. for now MAGESPACEX.COM banned my account for this honest review and they think that they punished me. MAGESPACEX.COM accused me that i have violeted rules. what rules were violated by me: have sent request to MAGESPACEX.COM for an update? up to a year ago, me and magespacex have agreed, that they will begin to fulfill their obligations by providing updates for purchased "Ultimate Bundle" and in return I deleted my review, now magespacex.com team have violated agreement again. But now magespacex are trying to accuse me (customer) in revenge. As you can see, instead of starting to provide updates as promised, they decided to ban my account, MAGESPACEX.COM irresponsible seller, not oriented to conduct an honest long terms business.

A fantastic magento pos system extension for our three warehouses and retail stores. We can use mobile version pos with our android devices with barcode scanner at the warehouse to take orders and in store we are using its standard amazing pos system. It has solved our problem which we were facing with our other extensions. Totally worth it
