I bought lifetime licence and you close it, you denied to refund money for it. Everyone should know about your company!!! There is no place for scammers in EU!

I have received excellent support from magespacex for the POS extension. It makes coordination of online and in-store sales a breeze. Very easy to use. No need to maintain multiple inventories. Unlike other POS systems for Magento 2, you don't need to purchase core features - like various users and reporting. I was also able to customise to allow for Stripe payments before we had a card swiper. I'm looking forward to purchasing this Pos again for another client in the coming months. Thanks for your all efforts in making this unique POS system.

Very Poor extension. Especially support team, they don't answer or answer time by time, when they want. Their extension is not working properly and ask licence check every time. They also delete negative comments and when you write something put your mails in spam! Be careful with this company!!!!!

We bought a Pos system with order fulfilment. We tested their demo, and with Awesome support for even awesome products. One can't go wrong by choosing Magespacex and their products. Very fast and excellent support! You never have to wait more than 12 hours, usually they answer in just a few hours. All problems and questions regarding the module were promptly resolved. Our company have bought last year services and products from magespacex.com We have big problems and our business is almost ruined, because Magespacex is not answering, is not giving feedback, have blocked our Magespacex account and our company emails. They have got our money and have not provided agreed services and products. They are scammers! We have all bank information about transfers, all emails chats and print screens. At the moment our company and one of the biggest IT companies in Estonia, who helped us with IT and tried to communicate with Magespacex, contacted Lawyers, who are ready to proceed with that case. The lawyers are now calculating the losses from Magespacex activities/ or not activities. One of the main products we bought was Point of Sale POS system with lifetime updates. The problem is that since the beginning of using POS system from Magespacex we had regular problems and errors with it. The most common problem was, that we had to “check the license” from 1-3 times per month. We had to contact Magespacex and wait until they fix it. It could take some hours or some days, so for that period we were unable to complete orders, update our stock, give receipts and other general procedures. It was awful days, because our sellers/workers had to make all the manually, which took a lot of time. We got a lot of negative feedback from our clients. After Magespacex fixed the problem, we were available to continue our business as usually, and Magespacex always promised that everything is okey and no worries. All these troubles continued until September 2021, when one day they just blocked our POS. Since that and till today we do not have any solution from Magespacex. Our partner from IT side tried to contact them, but they do not answer. They have sent several times some files with errors, so our IT tried to install them for more than 10 hours (very expensive). They have blocked our company emails, blocked our Magespacex account, they do not cooperate with our IT partners. We have also informed UK The Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Magespacex is scammers! UPD: All the last positive reviews by Laila, Frotanla, Lola, Sebastian, Phil are written by Magespacex. This company is not worth even two stars! Soon you will be contacted by UK Customer Protection Regulatory!

I called perfect magento 2 Point of sale system. Thanks for assistance as I was having issues with the receipt dispenser. Soon as the advisor came on the email, I started having issues with my internet connection. My issue was resolved in practically a-few minutes. I was able to identify some errors needing amending on the receipt. James was also happy to assist with making those changes for me. Overall brilliant service, friendly and polite. Thanks for your help. Great pos and great customer support.

Magespacex is a very reliable partner. We appreciate their products, modules, and excellent technical support., they are very professional, helpful, and quick. They are experienced with the work. However, customers need to specify their requirements clearly at the initial part of the requirements and upfront. In between, if there are additional requirements, they will charge extra. Highly recommended pos module for our website.

No support and not update from more 2 months ! I bought licence with 18 month support... Chat not response, ticket not response, email not response, Skype not response... My webshop is break from 2 months, impossible finish order !!! not order by my webshop since 2 months ..............!!!!!!! It's big problem for me.
