Restored missing thread & persona!
The team was able to effectively restore a missing chat thread and a missing persona! They were very kind and professional through it all. They also kindly explained all of the different models and their usage.

Magai is a MUST in Your Tool Kit
Magai has been a great tool for me in what I do as a Digital Creator. Dustin Stout is always thinking of his customers and how he can improve his products, which is Magai. Just having access to something like a persona that I created for personal projects was such a huge time saver for me. The project that comes to mind for me was something that would have normally or traditionally taken several hours per week to produce a daily buffet menu for a restaurant. With the short time of creating the Persona, I was able to shave several hours monthly and not lose out on quality. The Magai Persona that I created kept the consistency, also helped me become a reliable source for the company to insure dependability, unique and professional social media content. Magai is a tool for most people if not all.

Excellent Customer Support
I had a serious issue when Magai released their new update. Their customer support didn't dodge the issue, but kept working until it got fixed, with regular proactive communication. It's an AI company delivering great AI tools. But it's the human support and caring that will keep me a customer!

AI blows my mind - Magai keeps me sane!
I have been using Magai for around a year - I found it easy to use straight out of the box and when I started to explore the many functions available I realised just how powerful Magai really is. Being able to access a wide variety of LLM's in one space in great. I can create my own workflows (Personas - GPT Skill equivalents) and swap from one to another in just one conversation. It's easy to label and store my conversations and the one account allows me to work across two very different businesses. When I had a glitch in the upgrade to V3 - the 'bot' help was clear and easy to follow and when I needed a human to input the support and service was quick and things got sorted. Dustin has a great team and a great product - thanks so much.

I gave Magai Five Stars due to quick customer service
I gave Magai Five Stars due to quick and efficient customer support. I was doing fine in app.magai.co but then made the mistake to Join Beta V3. Big mistake. The chats from V2 did not import to the new version for me. It went through the motions as if it was imorting, but no chats that I have in V2 was showing up in V3. If you have a lot of chats you want to reference, that is a big problem. Plus the layout in V2 is SO much better, easier to navigate. app.magai.co is the bomb. Highly recommend it and their customer support puts them over the top.
