I confidently subscribed to this service. It's a super cool tool, but unfortunately, the dashboard is extremely slow, which is really frustrating. The consumption rates are also absolutely outrageous. API usage should normally be very affordable; I had the $30 plan, and after just half an hour, I had already used 30% of the monthly allowance. This is practically unusable if you intend to use it for any serious work. I hope they quickly improve the dashboard and fix the consumption issues because, as it stands, this service is essentially worthless.

Hi, Bruno! We'd love to hear more about your scenario. Did you reach out to our support team with your usage questions? We've also tried our best to document how consumption works--it's very different than other apps you might have tried as it's not based on API usage, but rather ouput. We've also tied the consumption very closely to each model's actual cost so ultimately you can control the rate of usage consumption. Would love to have figured this out for you.

Im thinking they are most likely a Fraudulent company, they are still charging me after I already cancelled my account. The reason I canceled we their rewards for reviews, take your points away, instead of adding them. just all-around crappy experience, and seem like crooks.

We have no record of you reaching out through our support channels, whereas we would have happily resolved any questions you had about the cancelation process or our rewards program.

I have tried their service and subscribed for the same. However, due to some reason I changed my mind and cancelled the service and also deleted my account with them as I decided not to use the same. But I just discovered that Magai is still charging me monthly subscription for the account that is already deleted. While trying to check they again created my account but I don't see subscription history. Moreover, I have already emailed them using their site contact form, and yet to receive a response as well as refund from them. With such kind of things, I do not recommend anyone to use or try their service.

Hi Krunal, when you delete your account without canceling your service first, sometimes the subscription remains going. All you need to do is email our team and we will happily cancel and refund your account. And it seems like we already have refunded you. They removed away GPT 4-32k and GPT 3.5k which customer's purchased on a LTD. Customer support is non-existent, hence this review now. Unscrupulous to remove things which people have already purchased, gives you an insight as to what sort of company you will be purchasing from.

Sorry to hear that you're upset about us removing GPT-4 32K. However, we need to clarify some facts. We added GPT-4 32K and GPT-3.5 16K well after the lifetime deal was closed. These two models were introduced as experiments and were never advertised as part of the product during the lifetime deal sale.
