Good turn around time and price.

Love the price and the rug the only thing that keeps me from giving a five star rating is the end of the mat won't stay flat it keeps rolling up making it a trip hazard I have tried several remedies but so far I end up having to overlap it with another mat

I purchased two entryway rugs for my home from Mad Matter. When they arrived, they weren't what I'd expected—not as thick as I'd hoped from the website description. When I contacted them, they went out of their way to help me. If I had contacted them before I ordered, I'm sure I would've found the perfect rug. They were very knowledgable and friendly, and had plenty of options for what I was looking for. They let me return the rugs I'd purchased at no cost to me. I was extremely impressed with their service. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the description of the rug was inaccurate: it advertised a rug 3/8" thick, but I received rugs 3/16" thick.

Very happy with the delivery, packaging, and easy to roll out to place on the floor. The quality is perfect for the needs. A little thinner than I expected but again perfect for the needs. Very happy with this product and would order again for the price and the quality.

Very happy with my product from Mad Matter, but wish the shipper had more robust information like an ETA of receipt at the time of purchase

Rug was very nice but more maroon than red

We put it in our kitchen area for our team members. They seem to love it. It's lite weight, easy to move to clean around and under and very soft.

Great product and arrived fairly quickly. Only issue was the measurement of 11' long should have included the rubber binding. Instead the rug was a little too long.
