Excellent Company - Both times I called and the person told me exactly what I needed, since I knew nothing about mats, I really valued this explanation and am very thankful I was able to get the exact mat that I needed. Excellent Prices too.

Andrew, after a little research, it looks like your order was not processed correctly. I have put a new order in that should ship within a day or two. And, since you had to wait due to no fault of your own, I'll credit your original purchase for the total amount. Sorry for the mixup. I hope this is helpful. Thanks, Gary. I got this for my office. I have guys come in all the time with dirty boots and I'm tired of scrubbing floors. It's easier just to vacuum it up. It seems like a good quality mat/rug. I like the color. I got the tanish color. I think it was called sand. It has a little multi color look about it that I like. I got 6'x15' to cover the main traffic area in my office. The edges are still a little ripply from being rolled for shipping but I'm sure they will relax with time. The company was great to do business with. They responded to emails and live chats and answered any question I had. I will definitely recommend them.

I had looked at many area rugs and decided on Mad Matter. Color was true to order and made as stated. It lays nicely right out of the box and stays were it is put. So happy I went with Mad Matter and will definitely order through them again.
