The Mad Matter, IncReviews of madmatter.com

I purchased durable yoga studio rugs from Mad Matter. They are nice! There was a problem, however....I ordered and paid extra for a "seamless" rug without the black rubber border. I contacted them immediately on their error and they shipped the correct one immediately. If that hadn't happened I would've given them a 5 star. Nice rug!

I love the quality and service, but darn are they expensive!

There was a little more to the install than I thought. But overall happy with the product.

Easy to order, got in a timely manner.

With this mat, I can now stand at the counter without my back hurting. I have been extremely happy with the high quality of my new mat.

This company is fantastic. Very helpful and product was shipped in a timely manner. Will definitely do business with the Mad Matter again. It was great to support a privately owned business.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered samples in order to choose product. They got lost somewhere, but when I notified the company, they were quick to get more out to me. The downside was that the samples were not labeled with their color ways. I was fortunately able to figure it out. Ordering was simple. Tracking numbers came jumbled up and so it was confusing but again customer service straightened it out quickly.

This company had great CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have no complaints. Benjamin S, was a great help!
