The Mad Matter, IncReviews of madmatter.com

Good product and good communication as well.

Working with the company was so easy. I chatted with a sales assistant who answered my questions and suggested products I might like. The mat we ordered was a specially ordered size and shipped quickly and in good packing. We are very happy with the mat and the service we received!

The carport mat runner was shipped quickly and was exactly what we needed. Excellent quality!!

Brilliant product! Right width! Right length! As expected, fantastic comfort! I was concerned about how the 2 "puzzle pieces" would look/fit when I ordered. Well, it was wasted worry. The fit is seamless. Congratulations on your excellent product! I also want to mention that I used the online chat customer service to express my concerns and to seek out assistance that I was actually ordering the right product. There was zero delay in answering my questions. The agent knew the product line completely. Bravo!

We were very pleased with our order. They did a great job and were very accomidating.

My agency a police department moved into a new building. I had contacted this company to get a quote. Benjamin was very helpful and followed up. Unfortunately the first go around we used a different vendor due to cheaper quote. Note Buyer Beware you get what you pay for sometimes as in our case. A few months later a landscaping company destroyed one of the cheap inferior mats. I remembered how helpful Benjamin was and contacted him. He got me exactly what we needed and it was delivered within a week from ordering. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Looked everywhere for a weather mat for our front entrance. The size was odd so when I found this website I thought I would take a chance. So glad I did! Looks great. Haven't had a hard winter yet to really test is out. Dogs will in the spring for sure!

high traffic area and these hold up well and look great
