Hi Mike, Sorry you are unhappy with the Colorstar floor mats you ordered. I wish you would have reached out to us to make this right with you before beating us up. :) We want you happy. To be straight with you, floor mats should be thin to be in compliance with the Americans Disability Act (ADA). According to the ADA here should not be more than a 1/4" height elevation between walk surfaces and the Colorstar falls within these parameters. As for the mats not being 4' x 6', we try to let people know that due to the manufacturing process, it is rare that mats will actually have a finished 4' x 6' size. We state that on the product page to alert customers of this. That said, we want you happy. Please reach out to us and let us know what we can do to make this right with you. Sorry for the delay. It looks as if the shipper may have lost your order. I put another one on order and it should ship out this week. My apologies.

I am sorry that you have not received your order yet. It appears as if they shipped out yesterday and you should be receiving them shortly. We send out surveys to help us to become better. Floor mats need to be fabricated once an order is received. Normally, orders of this type of product will ship within 4-7 business days as noted on my site. You placed the order on Friday the 18th and the order shipped on the 30th which would put it at 8 business days. My apologies for the delay as our factory was actually closed on Good Friday which caused the 1 day delay. Hopefully, you will amend this review upon receipt of your order. Hope your day gets better.
