Made with DiamondsReviews of madewithdiamonds.com

The coupon code was sent to me after my purchase. This was a disappointment. I spent $39.99 on a gift for my nephew. The beads are so tiny. The shipping did take a lot longer than expected. I do like the Diamond Art picture made from the actual picture I gave. I will refer this place to others. Thank you.

It wasn't made clear how the picture that I uploaded would be modified and adapted. The end result was much, much darker than I would have liked, with too many of the beads being too close to each other color-wise for the image to be discernable. I very much wish that I had modified the image on my own to pixelate it and adjust color and brightness levels, rather than trusting whatever algorithm they use to parse images. It's not impossible that I might try this service again, doing my own image editing beforehand, but as for my first order, I feel like that was just wasted money. I would have been able to make better decisions if, right after I uploaded my picture, the site had displayed the pixelated version of that image as it would be incorporated into the final result. Automating that process and providing that information up-front to customers would make for a much, much better experience. Even just sending me the pixelated image by email and asking for my approval before assembling the kit would have been better.

I did not receive my order. The tracking has said the package was delivered. I have been emailing the customer service and they are not being helpful. There has been no resolution, just that once it leaves the warehouse they have no control over it. I think I have been scammed.

Art came in great condition, was really happy it shipped within 24 hours as well. AND it was cheap, would totally give 5 stars. But... it took over a month to get here even though it was in my area within a few days. It went from my area, to Oklahoma, Texas, California, back to my area, another place in my state and then to Oklahoma again before actually reaching me. I get shipping is a bit rough now a days but it was in my area twice before reaching me.

I usually don't have this problem from you guys, but I ordered from you guys said I received it 24th of dec. Still have not received. Called usps and they told me the id number you guys belongs to someone else different name and address. Still waiting ion response from you guys.

The kit, the quality, everything about made with diamonds is amazing I just wish it didn’t take so long to get to me that’s the only down fall but it was worth the wait! Will be ordering another one soon!

Still never received my product and have had no response to any emails.

The custom picture was excellent. This was a great gift.
