I have not received my order. This is the second order and it takes weeks to receive it. The first order was the wrong size . My fault I failed to notice it was in metric . So I recorded . I order it for a friend. The special day has come & gone due to the length of time shipping takes. I keep getting updates that it’s been shipped but who knows to where. 🤷🏻‍♀️In addition to this You keep sending me messages there is something in “my cart” which makes me doubt the order was placed. At this moment I’m not happy with made with diamonds. Namaste

I did not expect my package to arrived 2 weeks earlier. Everything came together with the tools and diamonds. The only issue is that it was delivered in a bag and it was all ripped and dirty. I hope next time they deliver with a box. I had a hard time doing one of the paintings because the diamonds would not stick to the glue and keeps popping out. But so far on the others I have not had any troubles.

I’m not happy with the quality and the time it took to receive my custom diamond art order. I thought because you were located in the US that the custom would be made and shipped from here, and it wasn’t. When it was so delayed on the long shipping path, you were only a little helpful. I really don’t like the quality of the canvas and beads that were sent, either. The canvas was printed with the symbols too close together, and I had to cram in the cheap, tiny beads, and they kept popping out. The beads also are not as shiny as other companies provide, there were lots of junk pieces and static in them, and the canvas was mushy. For a small project, it was not a pleasant one to work with as others of better quality have been. I’m not inclined to order anything (especially custom) from your company ever again!

Don’t do it. I ordered a custom diamond painting the second week in November, and now we are over half way through February, and it still has not arrived. I have been trying to get it sorted out with customer service for about two months, and they are absolutely no help. Their sketchy tracking system shows it was delivered on January 4th, and my security camera footage clearly shows it was not. They take weeks to reply to every single email. Absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made, and now that it’s almost March, I still need to buy my loved one a new Christmas present I promised her months ago. Not to mention, I’ve requested a refund multiple times because they obviously have no intention of sending me the product I paid for, and they are completely ignoring that request.

I am disappointed! Colors were not at all the same as picture!

Very high quality kits. I sent in my own photo to have it made into my own diamond canvas. Turned out beautifully!! I love it. The colors were perfectly matched to the picture.

This is the highest quality diamond painting I have used!
