Diamond painting is not the same shades of gold, etc😵‍💫 plus the frame is extremely small! Covers the image way too much! Very disappointing!!

I am beyond disappointed! My 1st order was AMAZING! But this one is beyond FRUSTRATING!!! I have to try and find the ID and match it to what number its supposed to be. The #s are super hard to read and the bags they are in are SUPER hard to open and i am missing 3 colors of diamonds...NOTHING like my 1st order. I've spent most of my nite trying to figure out the colors instead of starting my diamond art picture! I will be looking for another company FOR SURE!

Purchased a product, but as soon as it was received realized it was not what I was expecting. Asked for an immediate return and the company will not take the return or give a refund. It is in the exact condition I received it. In my opinion.They should stand behind their products and refund upon return. Therefore, if you buy from this company and do not like the product your just out of luck and $ with no recourse. This is not a company with any type of integrity.

I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was really upsetting. I ordered an item for my granddaughter as a surprise and she didn’t like it . All the items were there since nothing had been opened and it was in the original packaging. The day I received it I emailed to ask how could I return it and explained why I wanted to return and I got this reply.. I am sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately, due to our return policy, once an order is dispatched and delivered, it's not eligible for a refund unless there is a quality issue. Thanks Shirley Make sure you are going to keep what you order because their return policy is awful.

Colors did not match photo. Part of ladies hair was green. Part was the same color as her face. Man’s face was partly dark red/ brown. Horrible. I wrote to company and they have not bothered to reply.

Never received order and ive lost count of how many times ive contacted them and still got no reply. Avoid this company

Very disappointed, on receipt of my diamond art & opening the parce 3 / 4 of the diamond dot bags were broken and the gems fell out all over the floor, the little tray was also broken therefore unable to use it & the stylus is also broke! The frame that came with it is too small for the picture.  This was a birthday present & I need the correct diamond dots & correct frame to complete the picture by the end of January. I emailed the company on the date of receipt, 21 January 26, I also left a message on their Facebook page as I did not get a reply to my email. The picture itself looks good, but it's useless as I don't have enough diamond dots to complete it. I would not recommend buying from this company.
