I order my paintings over a month ago and still don’t have them. I will not order again from you.

Don’t not waste your time or money! This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Everything on their site is false. Shipping isn’t accurate, you will wait longer than they tell you. Ordered on 11/14 and received it 12/10. The only part that was accurate was that it ships within 24 hours of purchase. This was a custom diamond painting with a picture of my grandmother and me. The layout was wrong! The spaces for the drills are too small and to go by the accurate count, they were shifting, overlapping, and popping. I contacted the company on 12/22 waited for a response and all I got was can you send pictures. I complied twice by sending pictures of the problem I was dealing with. Haven’t received anything since. I have now ordered else where since I was unable to complete her present and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Happy, happy, happy! What a great experience this was. My daughter in law wanted a diamond painting for Christmas of a boxer. I thought it would be great to get an original picture of their dog done up. Well that is what I did! Sent a picture and that’s all it took! She absolutely loved it. Told everyone to look at this diamond painting etc. She thought it was the best thing she got this year! She is working on it now. Made her so happy and excited as she does piece by piece. Quality looks great, shipping was done in time for Christmas and that made me happy! I can’t wait until I see the finished product! Thank you for your service. I would use this service again!

I did not realize the products were from China. Everything on the canvas is in Chinese and the products did not come in any boxes. They were just in plastic. I ordered 3 kits and they were all bundled up in a bubble roll tube and shipped from China. Shipping was express shipping which reads as 7-14 days. I placed my order for Christmas on November 20, 2021. They shipped from China on the 27th. Arrived in New York on December. Then hit the mail tour and arrived in Indiana on the 24th. Finally arrived at my door on the last day of the year. The quality of the products is inferior when you compare it to kits from Diamondartclub.com, which are high quality and ship quickly. Would not recommend these kits at all for all the above reasons (inferior kits and poor shipping).

Ordered on Nov 17th and never received it even though it states it was delivered on Dec 24th.

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, AWFUL! I spent a lot of time finding a company that I thought was in the US. When I got the tracking number and it started with Y I knew I’d been scammed. Yes, it’s been shipped from China. There’s no telling when this Christmas present will arrive. I wish I could give them minus 500 stars.

Please DON'T order from this rip off company in China that doesn't stand behind their products with refunds or try to remake a botched product. Faces blown up like balloons and distorted and putting BLUE hair on an elderly person that had gray and light brown and facial skin looks like a horrible skin disease, just to name a few of discrepancies!
