I have been told a few times my order has shipped. Still waiting, I have already paid for it.

Still haven’t gotten my order after 3 months

I placed my order January 21st and the delivery was estimated 7-15 days which was already crazy for 2 items it shipped the 15th day and it’s now February 27th and I still haven’t received the items.

I originally reached out to customer service because I just wanted to follow up on my order. Their response was prompt and they were able to assure me I would receive my order, which I did. They also extended a discount for my next order. I love what I ordered and really appreciate their great customer service.

The quality of the diamonds are exceptional. This company rocks. They reach out to you if you need help or have questions.

Our first try into Diamond painting Bought her a beginners kit for christmas. I was so impressed with all that was in it, I bought a custom kit for myself a week later. Kits arrived quickly and contained everything you would need. Her kit did not contain enough of one color, but replacements were quickly sent. I am about ready to order another custom kit from my astrophotography collection.

I have not even received my order yet. I ordered it over a MONTH ago. Not cool.

No offense but you did horrible!!! I still have NOT received what I ordered and it’s going on over a month!!!! I would NOT buy from this company again..
