The shipping was slow, but the 2 kits I ordered look great. I will probably order again, once I have completed more of the kits that I have currently.

My daughter is enjoying completing this project knowing it is of her and her puppy. So far it looks good. Shipping took over 3 weeks and we were only provided that it would be here soon. I knew shipping would take time, but was happy when it showed up the day before her 18th birthday.

Ordered this on 1/23. Never received a shipping notification and it is currently 3/5 and I still do not have the item.

You advertise 7-14 day express delivery. It’s been 17 days and and it is still in Shanghai at a sorting center. I only ordered these items because of the delivery time you falsely advertised. The message I got today, March 4th said the delays were because of the holidays?? What holiday, I ordered on Feb. 17.

i love your products! my daughter had one made me, for my birthday, of my brother, who passed, just a year ago. also, within the last 6 weeks we lost our 2 elderly dogs & i had one made of them made. i'm almost done with my brother's & can't wait to get our dogs done. will definitely be ordering more products from you! pretty decent shipping time! thank you! It took quite a while to get my diamond dotz through the mail but once I received it I had a couple brand new wands for more diamonds than I had before and it was perfect to what I'd ordered. So far I have had extras for the colors I have finished also, another happy surprise.

Terrible its 23 days and i still dont receive nothing. Customer service terrible dont answer. Dont tell anythinh that help. Dont return money. Very bad experience.
