The customer service is excellent. I just had problems going to a square diamond and I ordered a larger print this time. So I am not enjoying it as much as with the round.

The pictures are really so well designed and colors are just perfect. The dots are large enough even for a 72 yr old to work with without the use of glasses. I definitely would recommend anyone to try it to help keep you mind working .

The kit is wonderful except that it is difficult to distinguish between the capital "I" and the small "L". It would be better to use another symbol when the shape of the letters is so similar. Other than a difficulty with reading some of the pattern symbols, as noted, the product is great.

I've never done Diamond Art, but wanted to order a special gift for. I my daughter-in-law who enjoys diamond art. The website explained clearly how to order so I could make an informed decision. after I place my order, I was kept informed along the way, letting me know when it was shipped and when it was delivered. It arrived sooner than I expected, just a couple days after her birthday.

I love my art and I love ordering my stuff from this company.

As far as the picture goes is was great. But I suggest only using 1 picture. I tried to use to many pictures and it just didnt come out right. I will use again but with with only 1 picture next time.
