I just started doing it yesterday the London Bridge, I regret choosing the square diamonds because it’s hard to align them, compared with the round diamonds. Most of my projects are the rounds ones, I was about to communicate with Shirley, if she can change it. Shirley was so nice, kind, and very supportive, with good customer service, explaining and convincing me to hold on with my orders, because I almost give up waiting. My other comment was, the items was just wrapped in a plastic, it should have been placed in a box, good for gift giving too. My first time to order at Made with Diamonds, most of my finished projects are in a nice box. Also, delivery took so long. But definitely, I will place more orders.

This company was fast attentive very nice and very helpful I would recommend this company for anyone to buy their diamond art from your diamond art that I received is a huge heart of gold it is a horse it’s for a special gift it is huge will post a picture when I am done

The products are nice. The length of time to be delivered was twice what I was expecting. 6 weeks vs 2-3 weeks.

Items were not packed well and arrived broken or missing. Very upset and disappointed. Also very angry I ended up ordering another one right after so really not looking forward to its arrival.

The only problem I have is the false assumption that my pieces would be here in 7-10 days. Please let your customers know that it's coming from China and will take forever to arrive.

The quality is good, but the shipping time takes forever.

I sent a few emails about receiving round drills instead of square. I ordered square but received round. The round drills took up to much space when I laid them down. The representative would only tell me that square drills were not available but your website shows they are. Shirley picked up my email, she saw the photos I submitted and agreed with me on the spacing for the round drills. Somehow she was able to find the square drills and get them sent to me. I really appreciate you, Shirley!
