I’ve ordered from madewell twice. Being in Singapore, the first order came in about two weeks which was fine. But the second has taken up to three weeks and it still has not arrived, the customer service is dreadful! They have taken a really long time to reply me and they are generally pretty unresponsive. Will not buy from them again.
