They are thieves ! Do not order from them. First the quality of the product is low, specially the teddy bear since they don't send it in a box, but wrapped in plastic Second, it took a whole month for my order to arrive even though it was a "2 day shipping " Third my order arrived incomplete and when I complained to get a refund they told me to send everything back before I could get one. Even though I don't even have a complete order And even after all the trouble they don't even offer the refund label so I have to pay to return a late and incomplete order. Horrible. Do not waste your time and money

Do NOT use this company. I ordered a Valentine's Day gift a month ago and it still hasn't showed up. It's a scam. Take your business elsewhere. Update (March 10, 2021): I still haven’t received the Valentine’s Day order I placed on February 4th. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, as Made of Rose had not addressed my two requests for a refund. Rather than apologizing and taking responsibility, they sent this email to let me know how seriously they take “customer fraud”: “Hello , We've recently noticed that you have made a chargeback/dispute with your credit card issuer for your order from our store. We take these claims extremely seriously and always contact the relevant authorities and submit all evidence of purchase, tracking, and customer information to the credit card issuer, to prevent customer fraud where someone tries to keep both the product and the money. If you want full refund, you must return our items back to us. CEO Nathan Kilmer Madeofrose” If I could give a lower rating to them I would. Do NOT use this company. They’re horrible.

Shipping really dealayed! The presentation of the Rose is beautiful, but the only thing I would change is not having all the petals connected on the base the rather separated. I just cut the petals off from the base and spread them and taped them around. Next thing which i like is rose bear and definitely will try it!

The quality of the item is worst than at the dollar store it probably cost 5$ for my 110$ u.s. order ! I don’t recommend this website for any purchase

Absolutely stunning gift ! Arrived late, but beautiful and giftable , and very high quality ! I’m giving this as a gift to my little sister who loves the Phantom of the Opera, so this gift while heavily inspired by Beauty and the Beast can be used for any token of affection or as a reference to any franchise with a significant rose symbol ! I would highly recommend this

Fake page never again

Okay so I mean it’s only like 20 dollars of difference. I order a bear for 56 and they Gave me only 39 back. They said there is a 20% restocking and cancellation fee??? They said they would ship in two days, but they first of all didn’t ship at all in a week. I cancelled the order and they charge me 20%???
