Don't order from here. No customer service. They send from China and its been a week still hasn't processed. Update: The package took 18 days to reach me. It shipped from china. Didn't come with a giftbox as shown, so charged extra for nothing. Flower looked okay 7/10. Not as healthy as you would expect for $90.

ILLEGITIMATE COMPANY If you are reading this, I hope it's not too late. DO NOT ORDER from 'made of rose'. They misrepresent themselves and steal from those of us who mistakenly order from them in the first place. Their 5-star reviews are FAKE. They posted the EXACT same one twice on the same day from 2 different FAKE people. Here's the letter I emailed them today. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and a bunch of other consumer protection companies. "I am writing to inform you that I have filed for a refund from my bank since you are not giving it to me as I have asked. Your company is illegitimate, unprofessional, and dishonest. I wish I never ordered anything from your fraudulent website. You say you will not give me a refund unless I send the product back but you do not provide me with a shipping label or a return address. After I asked where to send it to, you provide me with an incomplete address, no instructions, and no shipping label. I am not idiotic enough to spend my own money on shipping back a damaged product to Lithuania in order to get a refund. That is illogical. It is an unreasonable request from any company to ask of an unsatisfied customer. Your dishonesty is turning a BIG profit. Essentially, you are stealing money through your false advertising and horrible customer service. I do not know how you can sleep at night. What you do to others will come back to you many times over. You are making many people unhappy and this will come back to you. You will get what you give. Your company is spreading resentfulness, unhappiness, anger, and frustration. My advice is, shut down your fake company now and stop causing people more harm for the sake of a profit."

Horrible company DO NOT ORDER FROM. I paid for expedited shipping and came weeks late. It didn’t even come in a box and the bear was damaged when it arrived. It is made out of foam and looks very cheap. The box pictured in the photos is one that you have to put together yourself. The box was also damaged when it arrived. Terribly disappointed in this company and will never recommend it to anyone.

This is shiped from china first of all so no, I did not get tracking info in two days as website says.I contacted them for tracking info and they responded to wait. After realizing its from china I contacted them to cancel since order had not even been shiped and they didnt answer and shiped it the day after and never responded again. I blame myself for not doing research before ordering on that, no biggie. After 2 months I get it, super poor quality, dirty and with no box. I paid for the one with box but did not get the box. Worst experience for the money. Not worth it AT ALL. Cant even gift since it looks so cheap.

If you are the one who receives the gift, you are really in a dilemma. The sender has a really genius heart but the gift is nothing but a trouble and trash. I am very disappointed at the gift because of the low quality, poor packaging, no instructions, cheap material. I can not be mad because everything I receive I should appreciate, which makes me even more mad because I can not be mad. Please think whoever receives the gift will be happy or not when receiving a bag of trash that needs assemble.

Absolutely horrible service. If you order something it will come disassembled and have no battery and it comes late and it has no instructions and you can't look for the instructions easily online so you have to ask them for it. Easy to say I do not recommend this place ever!!!!!! If you want to buy something for your spouse, honestly, going to the nearest gas station would be better.I would rather give nothing than this $2 chunk of plastic I paid $60 for.

I wish I could give them NO stars!!! My man orders me a bear for a Valentine’s Day and it is April and we have still have not received a reply back from email. Have been ignored for months TERRIBLE customer service, STOLE our money... DO NOT SUPPORT MADEOFROSES.
