Buyer beware- The 2 day shower install turned into 2 weeks. Meanwhile, they wanted to charge an additional 2k for the electrical wiring that needed to be updated and moved. I literally had to contact my attorney to review the contract and yes, Mad city was liable for the electrical work that needed to be done. Now, we have all ceiling lights and fans that don't work due to the electrical wiring. This company's consultant warned us about other companies tactics. We experienced exactly all the tactics he, the madcity rep, warned us about. I'm a very unhappy homeowner and will NEVER recommend mad city.

Brandon a super Professional Technician wasn here just a few minutes ago and handled my window repair with such fast and efficient service. He replaced parts that needed replacing and explained how he was doing it' He was so very nice and kind and so polite. What a joy he was to be of such a great service here. Just wish there were a million more just like this awesome young man! God Bless you Brandon!

My first 2 experiences with Mad City were excellent. They did a new shower and clad the lower windows. However, the 3rd experience, which we ordered based on the quality of the first windows we had clad went way south. There were gaps and every storm window was sealed across the bottom. When the manager came by, who hadn't even looked at the submitted photos, he tried to tell me that "the paint was there to protect the wood in the gaps." (He actually said "that's what the paint is for.") Since we were getting the windows wrapped to protect the wood, this didn't make since and I called him on it and he went pouting off to his truck. They need someone who does their homework besides just defending their crew's poor work. Meanwhile, we have to get the silicone off the bottom of all 11 storm windows on the 2nd floor. I'm sure this field manager would have said that it was the correct way to do it just to weasel out of the poor work. He should look at the photos I sent in before trying to whine his way out of it.
