this company has shit service. i buy vps and only online for a week i already open many ticket but not a single response.

My server has been offline for a week now, with no ability to restart or access my backups. No response from every support channel I found. There was an alert that the owner was taking medical leave last month, so I'm concerned about them. All their systems are now offline and unattended (do not trust their outages page, it is probably manually managed so does not reflect current circumstances).

I recently had a very disappointing experience with MadCityServers. My server went offline unexpectedly, and when I tried to connect via SSH, it was completely unresponsive. Hoping to troubleshoot through their panel, I found that it took forever to load and eventually led to an error page. I submitted a support ticket on October 23rd, and as of October 27th, I have yet to receive a response. At this point, I’m genuinely concerned about the status of my data. Given the slow response time and lack of communication, I wouldn’t recommend MadCityServers to anyone looking for reliable service and support. This experience has been nerve-wracking, and I would caution others against trusting their business with a provider that leaves clients hanging like this. UPDATE BE AWARE: They closed my ticket without any response be aware of this SCAM.

I was trying to register and they said they would let me in because of "fake details", I then tried signing up again with my real details and even got my friend down the street to try it. We both got banned from their service without being given the chance to purchase.

They have frequent unannounced outages, which are usually quite short and not a huge issue for me. However, one was going quite long (>1h) and was disrupting my service significantly so I reached out to customer support to see what was going on. I got very frustrated in the chatbox, and told them to "get their s*** together", after which the rep closed my thread saying if I disliked their service to find a different provider. They then terminated my account, meaning I lost access to the host server and its data. No response when I pleaded with them via apology emails for a backup copy (which they promise 48hr access to for closed accounts). Update: After posting this review, I finally received an email response from them, saying they'd only return my data if I "corrected" the review. I told them the review was correct, but I'd be happy to change anything if they could please just release my data. They then threatened to sue me for "slander" if I didn't take it down, and ended communication. I've also tried reaching out to the service@ and sales@ emails on your contact page asking for my data, but have been ignored/denied (respectively).. It's awkward that you only seem to acknowledge me here on Trustpilot, please let me know what official channel we could use, if you do truly still have my data and are willing to return it. Update 2024-03-01: Radio silence still. I'm presuming my data is destroyed/stolen. I kinda hope they carry through with the "slander" lawsuit threat, since it'd be interesting to see what a judge thinks of it all.

I have had my server for just about 20 days now and it has been running absolutely great. The support even responded within a day to my request to move from Miami to Los Angeles. The only downside I've seen is that a few packets can have a higher latency than normal. I am not too sure if it is my internet that does it but I do not have the issue with any other server.

Bad service, all the positive reviews here are because its requested on his website to leave a review. Server restart issue without prior notice. The owner is rude, customer service is pathetic. In short you get what you pay for, cheap price with cheap customer service. Horrible experience. Use reputed service provider instead. You are dumb, you do not know what are you talking about. You guys have blocked my account else would have shared the tik number. It is not about cpanel etc...its about your vps restart issue without prior notification and when reported you insult your costomer by telling them to leave and find other service provide. I am sure you very well know what I am talking about you just trying to ignore it.
