Their after-sales service is very fast. I needed to migrate my service from Los Angeles to New York, and it only took 20 minutes from submitting the work order to completing the migration.

I have been using servers from MC for about six months now without a single issue. Customer service is excellent and fast, my tickets are responded to with no delay. For me I like also have the snapshot feature when I want to test something and if it breaks something, easy to restore. My Chicago server has always remained online and network speeds are what is advertised. I am looking forward to hosting with this team.

I’ve been their user for a month, and honestly, I was skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews. But I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. I have their New Jersey VPS, and the uptime has been 100% over the past month. I haven’t experienced any issues at all. I even asked them to upgrade my service to another plan and offered to pay the difference, but they did it free of charge. On top of that, I haven’t needed to contact support for anything. I’m definitely going to continue using their service. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been using this hosting for quite some time. About 3 years ago, I had a Minecraft server and a hosting plan with them, but due to personal reasons, I had to close it. Now, I’ve decided to come back, and I’m absolutely thrilled! The prices are great, the quality and performance are excellent, everything is just amazing. Highly recommended!

Honestly, every single server I’ve purchased has been nothing but great. I’ve seen others reviews saying bad things about the company, but I’ve had servers sporadically here since 2022 and it’s always been great. Have a few with them now that I plan on using indefinitely as their performance is top notch for the price. They also have great networks, and using a WireGuard VPN with them cause very little reduction in speeds which is something I look for too. I would gladly recommend MadCityServers to others, and everyone that sees this should take advantage of the new 50% off sale happening this weekend! (Till 9/28)

Hi, I came to MadCityServers because Nexohost, my old host, went down because I didn't have the money to pay for their infrastructure. So I came looking for a better value host, and I found this one. Obviously, it's going to take a while for the owner to respond because he works alone. Brian is a good leader on these servers. So I'm giving it 5 stars because I work with quality and host servers since my gaming community is huge, and I don't want to make them cry. So, I immediately looked for a host, and I got this one. Its performance and solutions, above all, are 10/10, Brian. Say hello to CJ for me.

I have had my server for just about 20 days now and it has been running absolutely great. The support even responded within a day to my request to move from Miami to Los Angeles. The only downside I've seen is that a few packets can have a higher latency than normal. I am not too sure if it is my internet that does it but I do not have the issue with any other server.

Good software, patient service, affordable price!
