Molto bella e ben fatta!

Really bad experience, they rejected to refund my credit cards for a return. Would definitely not recommend ordering here due to illegal and unlawful business practices.

They do not accept returns and do not comply to current EU rights (that say that companies MUST accept returns when selling online). Terrible customer service as well! Do not buy from them, they are not a legit company, I do not recommend them at all!

Terrible zip quality won't stay close even on slight movement of bag. Very dissapointed with customer service support refused refund or return be very cautious purchasing from this company.

Do not buy bag from this store !!!! they do not accept returns if You will not satisfied. I ordered bag to poland they even dont answear e-mail about returning. Very unpleasent treating. I decided return bag for the same adress which i received. They did not pick up the parcel. !!! They dont want get money back !!! Very sad

Poor quality, not worth the price. Had issues with returns and exchanges—very difficult process. The materials used are extremely cheap. Never buying from this company again.
