The bag was not what I expected, leather is cheap, doesn't hold the shape and the customer service has been unresponsive with no information provided about the return process. Scam!!! Do not buy. Reply to Madbag : update: This statement is not correct. My order number was 9110. I contacted your company multiple times by email requesting instructions for a return, but I never received a single response. Because of the lack of communication, I had no other option but to open a claim through PayPal. The dispute process lasted almost three months. I also had to pay $70 to return the bag from the United States to Italy. Your claim that you have no record of my order or contact is therefore misleading. All communication and the transaction itself are documented through PayPal. Only thanks to PayPal’s intervention was I eventually able to recover my money. I have screenshots and documentation of the order, my emails, and the return shipment, and I am prepared to share this evidence publicly if necessary.
