I ordered a bag and received it very prompt and I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. However the “Birkin” I bought was HUGE and all I wanted to do was return to exchange for a smaller version. Customer service is a JOKE. You message with two different people or one person who is Jekyll and Hyde- it’s impossible to get them to agree to a return. I mailed back the bag ($100) from CA to Italy. Disputed the charged on 6/18 and still don't have a refund. Save yourself your hard-earned money and avoid this place like the plague. Honestly it’s a shame because I loved the bag just simply too big for a 5’ person. How do you say crooks in Italian?

This company is a scam. They advertise high-end italian craftsmanship but send you shein quality bags. They hide the return policy link in the instagram mobile version of their store so you are not aware they wont accept a return and then try to scam you into keeping these hideous bags. The hardware is cheap, the material is not lined and does not retain shape, the size is smaller than the advertised size. the entire thing is a scam. Beware.

I wish I had checked the reviews before buying. The quality of this bag is shockingly poor. I used it for just five days and the parts that touched my clothes are now stained. And no — I wasn't wearing anything new or dark; it was a well-worn, washed piece of clothing I've had for over two years. When I reached out to customer service, their response was basically, "Well, we warned you in the fine print." Excuse me? For a bag that costs over €200? That's beyond disappointing — it's insulting. This is the kind of quality I’d expect from a knockoff, not from a brand that markets itself as premium. I've owned dozens of light-colored bags over the years and never had anything remotely like this happen. You could literally get a handcrafted bag from an independent maker for this price — support a real artisan and get something with actual quality. Never again will I let TikTok comments influence my purchase decisions. Lesson learned.

Ich wollte die Tasche retournieren. Die Angaben auf der Homepage sind vielversprechend.......Es wird von einem Rücksendeformular gesprochen. Leider habe ich dieses, auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bei der Firma, nicht gefunden. Alles sehr mühsam. Ebenfalls hat es keine Rücksendeetikette. Aus meiner Sicht ein sehr schlechter Service. Ich werde diese Firma definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.

I wish I had read the reviews first before my order. Yesterday I received my order. It is not that I'm happy with my purchase but I just want to change it for a bigger one. I just opened my box, saw the bag and put it back in the box. It's not that something could happen with that bag. The bag I bought was in sale price and now they say you can't return a sale price item. They say it is mentioned in their policy but I can't find nothing about that. I recommended the site to one of my friends but I will tell her to order nothing.

Delusa dall’esperienza con MADBAG Ho acquistato una borsa in pelle da MADBAG come regalo per il mio compleanno. Dopo averla indossata appena quattro volte, con tutte le dovute attenzioni, ho notato che in un angolo la pelle si stava sfilacciando, segno evidente di scarsa qualità del materiale. Va sottolineato che la borsa è dotata di una borchietta di protezione sul fondo, proprio per evitare danni quando viene appoggiata, ad esempio, su una sedia (non metto mai le borse a terra — al massimo le tengo sulle gambe!). Questo rende ancora più inaccettabile il fatto che la pelle si sia rovinata così in fretta. Ho contattato subito l’azienda, allegando un video per mostrare il problema. Dopo giorni di attesa per una risposta, mi è stato detto che “chissà sotto quale fonte di calore l’avessi messa” e che erano passati troppi giorni (solo 20!) dalla consegna. Un atteggiamento poco professionale, che scarica la responsabilità sul cliente senza nemmeno prendere in considerazione la possibilità di un difetto. Mi aspettavo un prodotto e un’assistenza decisamente migliori. Non consiglierò MADBAG né tornerò ad acquistare da loro.
