I would not recommend this company. They advertised a 6x6 walk in fridge, which was the exact size we needed to fit in our space at our shop. We bid on and won the product. When we got it home, we discovered that it was actually an 8x8, which won't fit. We called and discussed the issue with the owner. We offered to drive the fridge back to him at our expense and asked for a refund, since it was not the size advertised. He said "mistakes happen" and there was nothing he could do. He eventually offered us a $200 refund and recommended we cut the fridge down to size. I find it unacceptable that a business would not make their mistake right. We are now out $1800 and stuck with a fridge we can't use. I would not trust the condition of any product on their site.

This is my first time bidding on one of their auctions. I'm looking forward to what they have to offer next!

I had a good overall experience. The size of the item or a picture with say a banana would give a size relationship. Also the current count of what You’re buying instead of a picture of the box. The box said 250, I actually got 200. Also a description of the pick up location would have been nice. I figured it out but took a minute.

David was extremely helpful and courteous to deal with on pick up time and assisted with all of my concerns. Thank you!
