Bought open box iPad Pro 12.9 inch screen had a immediate need for one. It arrived within the week. Opened and it did not work. It was DOA. It had stickers attached that said it was completely checked out and was a ok. But it was not, returned item and I'm looking elsewhere to purchase one.

The site has good prices and is easy to use.

Ordered memory card for my iMac and the description was helpful, the product had an *excellent* price, and it was delivered very quickly. Have bought here before and will continue to do so!

I really like that they emailed and asked me to call and confirm my order. When I placed the order using my Chase credit card, a confirmation page came up from a site run by Chase that asked the same kind of thing. Then Chase sent me a text asking me to confirm the order. It seems like a hassle; but it is worth it to me to know that MacMall and the credit card companies are being extra careful to make sure everything about these big-ticket orders is correct and not some scammer using my credit card.

I bought a laptop and had it shipped to my office which is a computer company. I presume because of this they thought I was reselling it, when in fact my whole household uses Macs. Anyway, fast forward about a year, and as I always do, I get a new one and hand mine down to my wife and my daughter gets my wife's old one. So I put in my order and they cancel it saying they won't sell to me because reselling a laptop I get from them is against their policy. What??! So I went to Best Buy and happened to mention I was giving my old one to my daughter. They said, oh is she in school? I said she was and they signed me up for a student discount that took $100 off the price, plus it was on sale so after the smoke cleared, my new $2500 laptop was about $50 cheaper than MacMall would have been, and I had it the same day. That was the last time I bought (tried) anything from them and won't be back.

I ordered a Mac from Mac Mall. The specs of the computer they sent me were inferior to the one I ordered. I sent them an email, no response. When I called, they told me that the computer I ordered was not in stock (which wasn't true as you could add it to your shopping cart). Long story short, they refused to switch the computer for the one I ordered. The customer service guy I talked to refused to let me speak to his supervisor. Not recommended!

I tried taking advantage of the sale on the Ipad Pro. They found reasons to reject my first order claiming the house I lived in was a hotel and that they couldn't ship to a hotel. I placed the order a second time, with a different shipping address and once again they stopped my order. While I was on the phone, I read the reviews of this web site and realized many had problems with their service. I withdrew my order and will find another source. There is something bad gong on there.
