I ordered 659.00 in murchandise for a urgent home project with two day delivery what do you know, Back ordered well now how do Imget my two day delivery fee back?

Item showed in stock, also showed if I purchased before certain time overnight shipping would get it to me next day. Placed order, 6 days later not even a tracking number. Emailed customer service with zero response. Called and finally got someone who said item isnt in stock, dont know when it will be but will ship when it is. Had to cancel order with foreigner who did not understand English language very well. Not sure if my cancellation will even be successful. Really didn't care about their shady operations, no manager to talk to, very poor service. Overall disappointing.

MacMall used to have great service! You could always talk to a US rep or at least somewhat recently be transferred to one. Now everything is thru the Philippines, where half the time you can't understand them and they can't understand you. They are very nice but mostly incomprehensible. On my order placed Sat 7/18 I checked tracking info and FedEx said it was delivered to front door on 7/21. After multiple calls I discovered they left package in a very hot mailbox 1/4 mile away. I will never order from a company that uses Fed Ex again and I will never use FedEx again for any of my business. In addition, I will not order from MacMall again until there is some kind of US based customer service. I've been ordering from MacMall for something like 15 years. It's been my go to store for anything Apple. No more.

Pure scum, these liars have delayed my order for my Mac TWICE!!! Previous estimated arrival date: July 3, 2015 - July 11, 2015 New estimated arrival date: August 25, 2015 - September 1, 2015 They delayed it another month... WTF?!?!?!!? NEVER buy a mac from this place, Apple is also to blame, two f-d up companies.

I have only tried to order from macmall twice. Both times the prices were very good and all the items i wanted were listed as available on the website. Both times the orders were not shipped because items were backordered. In fact the second order, only one of 5 items was available. There was no clear communication either time that the orders would be delayed or when the items would be available. I had to call cusomer service to find out the status of the order. On both occasions they were polite and helpful when I cancelled the orders. I will not use them again, and will stick with amazon which i have never had problems with, or buy locally.

I tried placing an order through these clowns three times. Each time, my order was cancelled for reason that no one at MacMall could explain to me. Paypal processed the payment successfully. But MacMall claimed they never received the orders. The last straw was when the last customer service person that I talked to informed me that they could not talk because they had a VERY important customer on the other line and did not have time for my question. I do not understand how a company who has been in business since 1987 can be so blind to what the right and left hand are doing. I do not recommend them AT ALL.

Bunch of lying crooks. Everyone I talked to there lied to me. 10 pm EST and the guy on the phone said finance was open 8-8. I told him that it was 7 pm his time. Answer: Oh, yeah. Someone said the item was shipped. Then they would locate it in their warehouse. It can't be there and have shipped! Told me the UPS # was correct then said it didn't work. Stay away.

I needed a new laptop, and I'm so glad I chose MacMall to buy one. I settled on a 13 inch Retina Macbook Pro, and they had theirs priced for $50 cheaper than any other website. They called me to confirm my order, and were friendly, and they got it to me in 2 days! I was really impressed with their service, and will definitely be using them again for my next computer or iPad.
