Ordered Tuesday evening ... shipped Wednesday afternoon ... scheduled for delivery on Friday.

One problem is that i look at your web site several months ago, and had an item placed in the cart. I returned several months later and found that item still in my cart. I think that you should remove items from the shopping cart after a specific period of time say 1 month

Ordered a digital av adapter paid via PayPal waited 10 days and no shipping notification. Logged into account says pending. I called them they stated they don't ship to PO Boxes. I asked why I wasn't sent an email telling me this so I could change shipping address and they told me they don't do that. Well I guess I don't do orders from Macmall any more!

Macmall accepted my order with promise to be shipped in two days. Three days later I had to call in to find out that it would take up to 15 days. There were no communications sent to me by Macmall regarding to the order status or order delay.

Selection was great, and the online ordering process was fine (I thought), but after the order was submitted, I got a voicemail that I needed to call to verify my order. When I called they didn't know why I was calling. Then they had to call me back, and when they did, they finally said the order was ready to go. What is the point of ordering online if you need to talk to customer service reps in the end anway? If it's fraud protection, I guess I appreciate the effort, but there has to be a less inconvenient way to accomplish it.

Product on website was not as shown or described. We ordered 4 items and received 5 of a product that we did not want. Returned product for a refund but because of the delay, we cannot use our electronic device until we get the correct product from another company. We will order from a more reliable company in the future.

We found our merchandise on the Macmall website advertised at a competitive price. The merchandise arrived at my home three working days after the initial purchase. We took advantage of the free shipping, and I was pleased that the product arrived so quickly. The merchandise was as advertised and in perfect working order.
