VERY fast, good service, I had a problem with something I had done wrong and a representative called me immediately and fixed the problem.

There's no reason to go anywhere else.

I ordered an Epson Expression X-640 printer from Macmall at a great price and reasonable shipping fee. Printer shipped day after it was ordered and arrived the second day. Not a refurb but a new item. Set up was very easy and hope printer functions as well as most of the reviews for it stated.

Received my new MacBook Pro very quickly. Love the laptop and buying process was super simple. Only suggestion I would make is that I used Amazon Payments for my purchase and my order did not show up in my MacMall acct page when I logged in. I always had to type in the order number to see the status.

I've been buying refurbished computers from PCMall for years. Always satisfied.

It was delivered quick and the customer service was great.

Ordered computer monitor that was listed as "in stock, normally ships the same business day". After three days of no shipping notification, I attempted to cancel the order, but was told the order had already left the warehouse. The order did not actually ship for two more days, and has still not shown up. I will not do business with this merchant again.

Took a few days and multiple phone calls to get the order processed. Macmall uses a credit card processor so transaction does not match their name on credit card statement. Even after order finalized, took some time before item shipped.
